DSS offers title and document recording services that also help support our client°s workout needs. DSS maintains an excellent relationship with our title vendors, local attorneys, and county offices where appropriate to ensure all state and county requirements are adhered to.
In the event the borrower is selling the property, DSS will monitor and manage the sale process of the real estate and coordinate that with other default servicing activity.
DSS will monitor the performance of any negotiated plan and refer loans for further collection or foreclosure where the borrower has failed to perform according to the plan.
