We have effectively eliminated the back office of several clients by obtaining fees and costs, generating documents, following up with the borrower on the execution of those documents, monitoring recording, obtaining subordinations and making systemic changes.
DSS has access to technology which allows it to function as a central filing point for all proofs of claims and which allows for the client or local counsel to record their plan review results in a central location.
