DSS provides Proof of Claim (POC), plan review, and reaffirmation services, each of which account for jurisdictional and client requirements. POC's and plans are reviewed to ensure maximum recovery and adherence to jurisdictional requirements. DSS leverages its Moss Codilis counsel relationships and maintains consistent contact with the courts to ensure the ultimate level of compliance.
POC's are prepared based upon client system data and are subsequently filed electronically wherever possible. Bankruptcy plans are reviewed with the filed POC to ensure our clients are fully provided for and interest secured.
